I have an immediate need for a Consultant to work in Central New Jersey on a 6 month contract. Primarily responsible for administrating and managing the enterprise Electronics Data Interchange (EDI) and Customer Activity Management (CAM) software and environment. This position requires the ideal candidate to possess: Experience with installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of GXS Enterprise System Experience with installation, configuration, and administration of Edge Dynamics Commerce Optimization Platform Experience with Cyclone desirable Working knowledge of EDI standards, transactions and operations Solid foundation skills in OS Platform, HPUX, Sun Solaris, Linux, Oracle database, SAP environment, J2EE applications, SQL, and UNIX Shell scripting Experience with supporting multiple development teams and production systems, troubleshooting, coordinating, assisting, and advising in issue resolution. Ability to work in 24x7 on-call capacity Strong verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with change management, software qualification/validation, and application promotion processes Please contact me if you are interested.
