We have also used the Inovis VAN for many years. I am happy with the product but I would only rate their customer support as marginal. They have always been able to address each issue I have brought forward but not as quickly as I would have expected. Now this being said we have only had a half dozen serious technical issues is almost 7 years so the service works quite well.
