DCS seeks an EDI specialist with Sterling Commerce Gentran:ServerTM
for Microsoft Windows 2003 ServerTM DI experience for a consulting
engagement of approximately three months in Durham, NC. Two years
full-time experience as a map writer, trading partner, and data
transmission set-up and maintenance are required. Knowledge of
consumer products EDI and AS2 is required; knowledge of Microsoft
AxaptaTM is a plus.
The reason for the engagement is because our customer is moving from
GXS' AI to Gentran:Server. Unfortunately, the EDI person is leaving
due to a spousal transfer. The first customer is partially complete.
That person would be reachable to answer questions and speed progress.
The rate is $70 hourly. There is no allowance for travel or lodging
expense. Second, if you do not have Axapta experience a credit for
24 hours for learning the Axapta gateway is required. DCS will pass
this same credit to the customer.
