The transaction is from SAP to GE-GXS. The version of EDIFACT I am after is
D97A.

I did get Info from the website you stated below. But it only defines the
segments available for the INVRPT.
What I am looking for is the exact mapping of the source fields in SAP
(PROACT01 IDOC) and target fields are the standard EDIFACT messages. If you
have worked with this transaction, could you please send me the format of the
mapping spec.
Please let me know if you need further info.

The primary source for the specification of INVRPT is probably
http://www.unece.org/trade/untdid/
and there are more accessible descriptions at a number of other sites.
You have not specified which version of INVRPT you are interested in, or
indicated if you are working to a subset as defined in a trading partner
message implementation guide.
For most of us 'mapping' means specifying the movement of data between
fields in an EDI message, and the fields of an application import /
export file or database. If we do not know what the application is we
can say little about the mapping.
I am afraid that the answer is that we cannot answer your query until
you make it more precise.
