It is none of my business when a trading partner implements SAP until
the
997s start coming back saying my purchase orders are rejected or accepted
with errors when I've changed nothing in my maps or changed what
informantion I put in my POs. It affects my business when I can't tell if
my purchase orders were accepted and processed by your SAP business system.

It takes time away from my task list to contact you to find out if my
orders were accepted and processed. This is not to mention having to make 3
to 4 phone calls and multiple e-mails just to catch you because you have
your hands full with your SAP mess.

End of rant before I go into hyper-rant.

Dan Mehlhorn, speaking for my frustrated self.
