If the TP is sending the Manufacturers Part Number, the correct code is MF.  If 
they're sending you something else, you need to get with the TP to determine 
the correct value and have them send the correct value.   Just because there's 
no _defined_ value doesn't mean the TP cannot send it, although some 
translators will validate that the code is defined in the standards and some 
will not.  Either way, this is an issue to work out with your TP.
