Title MS Imple Specialist II City Dallas, TX or Alpharetta, GA Job Description Deliver superior technical services for managed services implementations in accordance with Inovis and Customers' expectations and existing agreements. Primary Responsibilities Conduct client requirement gathering in order to provide, but not limited to the following: Inovis product implementation, document creation, forms creation, and map creation. Assist customers with their understanding of EDI and VAN communications. Perform data and requirement analysis to build new and modify existing maps. Create and modify maps using Inovis mapping tools. Perform unit testing of new and modified maps. Perform quality set-ups in test and production environment using Inovis data transformation tools. Review and perform QA testing of maps received from Off-shore development team. Coordinate mapping work with Off-shore development team. Use transformation software to de-bug existing maps. Track data through Inovis Network. Manage customer and internal project expectations from a solution and time perspective regarding implementations and service work. Conduct transition of the customer to the Account manager and/or Support at the completion of implementation. Manage workload through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills. Conduct and perform special projects, as required Provide technical assistance to other team members. Communicate effectively as subject matter expert regarding Inovis implementations with internal and external customers. Conduct training for Inovis product and services via phone, internet and other mediums. Requirements Qualifications Thorough understanding of EDI standards and transactions. Understanding of Value Added Network and OFTP communications. Comprehensive knowledge of TL Translator / Mapper or Catalyst Translator / Mapper. Understanding of Unix environment. Knowledge of Oracle / SQL helpful. Understanding of XML and flat file formats. Knowledge of SAP application layout helpful. Ability to manage multiple tasks. Self directed. Strong problem solving, analytical, and structured thinking skills. Excellent project management skills and experience. Thrive in a fast-paced team oriented environment. Strong written and verbal communications/presentation skills with internal and external customers Implementation experience developing and deploying technical solutions. Strong customer service and customer management skills. Strong experience on PC office tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.) BS/BA degree.
