Thanks to everyone who responded to my "Need Sample EDI Survey" email in
December. I ended up creating 2 different questionnaires, which have now
been uploaded to the Files area of EDI-L.
The file EDI_Quest_Prelim.doc is for customers that I know are currently
using EDI. I need to find out which transactions they might want to trade
with us, without giving them the impression that we're ready to do it right
now.
The file EDI_Quest_IT.doc was based on a suggestion from Art Douglas
(thanks, Art!) -- since all I had were IT contacts, I didn't bother with
EDI-specific questions about transactions and versions. I just wanted to
know if they were already using EDI and, if so, who could I contact for the
more technical questions.
