Although there are a few ways to do this, the easiest I have found 
is to control the uploads with startrfc being set as a workflow 
action and scheduled in eVision.  Let it create the flatfiles, and 
upload at whatever frequency makes you happy.  Outbound is created 
by the port setups if I recall correctly.  Let it dump out to 
whatever your favorite directory is, and set an eVision schedule to 
read it periodically.

If you want to get fancy and have eVision Enterprise, you can 
coordinate mailboxes, putmail/getmails, etc.  However I don't know 
if I can recommend that direction without knowing more about your 
environment.
