A few things to know about this position: ** Provides technical assistance and coordinate all the EDI activities and trading partner's relationships. ** Technical training/knowledge of EDI transactions and 3rd Party Mapping Tools, such as Mercator, Gentran, Softshare, Trusted Link, and/or Trading Partner PC. ** Setting up and processing of EDI maps, trading partners, testing and interfacing with legacy systems. ** Work with our clients and the integration of EDI documents to systems to creative efficiencies in the customer service department. ** Assist in any special projects as determined by management and provide technical assistance and understanding of new industry initiatives like GDSN. ** Resolving all the EDI communication issues related to VAN/AS2.
