  Job Description:
   
  We are seeking a Java developer to help in the development of an nth-tier web 
application using Java language and J2EE technologies, and Oracle 9i Database.  
They must have multiple experiences in Java application business system 
analysts with strong software development experience in server side programming 
and commercial software, such as JAVA, IBM Websphere Application Server, IBM 
Websphere Studio, and Oracle 9i Database.
   
  Duties and Responsibilities:
   
  General Description:
    
   Design and develop re-usable Java components, such as Java Applet, JSP, Java 
Servlet, Javabean, EJB, and Custom Tags to work with Oracle database.  
   Participate in designing and setting up a programming framework to develop 
the web application.  
   Participate in designing a framework to integrate Http Web Server, 
Application Server, and DB2 Database.  
   Mentor fellow team members/programmers 
   
   Job Qualifications:
   
  Experience: 
    
   At least 5 years hands-on paid software development experience in design and 
coding of Web applications.   
   At least 3 years in Java and Object-Oriented software development.  
   Experienced in Unix Solaris OS, Windows 2000, windows XP.  
   Experienced in using J2EE technologies to design and to develop nth tier web 
applications.  
   Experienced in multi-threading applications.  
   Experienced in large-scale, enterprise systems implementation with through 
understanding of system development methodology.  
   Creating and maintaining business systems using WSAD 5.0  
   
  Skills:         
   
    
   Strong computer programming skills in Html, JavaScript, Java Applet, XML, 
XSL, Java and OO Design.  
   Strong programming skills in programming with SQL, Hibernate and Oracle 9i 
Database.  
   Strong programming skills in J2EE technologies, such as JSP, Java Servlet, 
Javabean, EJB, JNDI, MVC, and JDBC, API.   
   Familiar with using IBM Websphere Studio 5.0 and IBM Websphere Application 
Server 5.0.  
   Good working skills in using Http, SSL, JDBC, RMI, XML, JMS.   
   Good working skills in using Unix Solaris and Windows OS (XP, NT, 2000).   
   Good interpersonal and communications skills.
   
   
  Abilities:
    
   To adapt technical solutions to complex business situation and strategies.  
   To translate business requirements into an application technical design 
document, and model application architecture within the environment.     
   To delegate work to less experienced team members.  
   To mentoring less experienced team members. 
  Education:  
  Bachelor degree, CS or equivalent required.
