I agree with John. I did a project a while back for a client that was running, Cleo Lexicomm, GIS and iSoft all at the same time to talk to different partners. I consolidated them down to a single AS2 client. I choose the Lexicomm product, because it was very straight forward and easy to use. iSoft was my second choice and the GIS product (in my opinion) was very complicated and difficult to get simple information out of (like cert names, URLs, port numbers in use, etc).
The support for Lexicomm was OK, but not stellar. They generally like to deal with you on an email basis, and rarely answer the phone. You have to leave a message and get into the call back queue. I did find if you pushed them, or sent an email to support with a very specific request or question, they did respond fairly quickly. Carl J.
