You don't say how far you've gotten or if this is a new set up or a conversion.
To connect to Mopar, you have to go through EBMX. You can connect to this using Inovis, I believe. Here is the EBMX website, it can be a bit confusing, but there are forms you need to submit based on the way you want to connect to EBMX. There are phone numbers and email addresses on the website and on the forms.
