WTX, aka Ascential Datastage TX aka Mercator is a wonderful any-to-any translator. It can handle any formats and connects to just about any input or output source.
What are you going to use it for? Be prepared for sticker shock. IBM has jacked up the price for this product. It's too bad. It's tough to recommend at this price.
