Responsibilities: * Describe day-to-day activities: * Create EDI maps/processes in support of Customer, vendor/supplier and other external services. * Monitor application(s) to ensure that documents are processed without errors and on a timely basis. * Identify and resolve day-to-day production problems and issues as needed. * Coordinate with internal and external people the document error(s) and resolution * Analysis of external and internal data formats (VICS, X12, XML) and protocols (FTP, AS2) * Assist vendors with questions and testing * Assist customers with questions and testing * Implement application processes, development, and testing improvements * Develop and maintain maps and setups for trading partners * Create preliminary and/or detailed technical designs requirements * Create documentation on support procedures and processes * Support WebMethods 4.6, 6.01 & 6.1 environments as well as MF & AS/400 Gentran Qualifications: * Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, 12+ years of prior experience working in a senior leadership role. * Demonstrated IT leadership experience in retail industry. * Strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be able to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical individuals * Solid knowledge of industry practices and technical systems and a solid understanding of the potential use of technology solutions in a business environment. * Strong verbal, written and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external business partners. * Must have extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of program methodologies and tools.
