Job postings are welcome, but for job postings or requests for work:
<JOBS> IS REQUIRED in the subject line as a prefix.
This has been a request posted on the footer of messages since the
list's beginning. This only requires the originator of the first
message in a thread to do this as a reply automatically populates the
subject in email programs.
