GXS Services - Connectivity/Service Disruptions
-Description-
Several GXS Services are experiencing reduced connectivity and/or no
connectivity for sending and receiving transactions. This reduced
capability is a result of a hardware failure on a server within the
GXS infrastructure. Data is processing on alternate servers, however
due to the increased traffic, the alternate servers are operating at
very high capacity, thus causing intermittent connectivity disruptions.
-Impacted Services-
Customers using the following services may experience intermittent/no
connectivity:
MKIII (EDI EXPRESS - FTP)
NODE 10 (Redirected FTP/IP users)
NODE 11 (Redirected FTP/IP users)
NODE 12 (Redirected FTP/IP users)
IEFTP (Degraded/Unavailable)
ECSN (Possibly degraded)
-Additional Information-
We apologize for any problems this causes you. We are working to
resolve this issue, and service will be restored to full operation as
soon as possible.
