I don't know that part of the SAP interface well enough to know why you
need a separate physical file for each warehouse unit. Assuming this is
indeed a real requirement, then one way you could come close to
achieving this is by setting up a different application in TLE for each
warehouse and associate a different disk directory with each one. Then
assign the event corresponding to the different group sender or receiver
(GS level) to a different application. If there are multiple documents
for each warehouse you'll still get multiple IDOCs per file, but at
least there will be one file per warehouse.
