Title: IS Technical Services Analyst
Location: Norfolk, VA
Duration: 3 months contract to hire
Responsibilities:
Installation and Administration of EDI systems Gentran. This
includes setting up Trading Partners, document mapping, and document
tracking.
Design, development, and implementation of integrated EDI systems in
the areas of Order Processing, Accounts Payable, Payroll and
Inventory Control.
Design and development of interface file transfers between mainframe
systems and warehouse management system.
On going technical support, administration, and enhancements.
Required skills:
Sterling Gentran Server 4.0/5.1
Sterling Gentran Mentor 1.5/5.1
MS Office Professional Suite
Shell scripting in AIX environment.
Knowledge of modems and communication protocols.
