OH YES!!!!! It took me months and months to finally figure out what
they wanted, but I think I've got it all straightened out (until they
change it again). The first thing to do is to be 100% certain you know
what order flow they consider you. This will dictate what specs to use,
regardless of what you used to test (& passed with). What I do as far
as the same id's, is a painful altering of the flat file before & after.
Do you know if you're selling to Sears.com? They come through with a
different id, and spec's. We didn't know they were going to order -
they as in our own sales staff - until I received a funky order and
spend a month trying to contact someone to find out what it was & who it
was for. Another piece of the invoicing that I recently found out from
their AP department is that not only do they want a consolidated 810, it
has to be by DC & PO#. Also, be aware of who your site admin is (Sears
uses Kmart's site) because they are supposed to receive chargeback
notices via email and you need to have to that email to dispute as well
as sent within a certain time frame.

Off the top of my head I can't think of anything else major that would
be helpful; but if you have any specific questions let me know and I'll
do what I can to help you out.

Thank You,

 Tamara Trevino
