Hi all,
I encountered a rare issue while sending some test EDI transactions to our
partners.
We are using Gentran windows 5.1 and our VAN is Sterling.
When the "test indicator" is pointing to "test" then I was not able to send the
EDI messages.The messages won't move out of "out bin". However, when I changed
it to production, I was able to send them without any issues.
Is there any link between the "test/production" indicator and the ability to
send the messages? The audit log in both instances shows that the task is
completed successfully.
Please share any comments you may have.
