Not totally correct, it was a much longer string of events :-(
Premenos was acquired by Harbinger (1997), which was later was
acquired by Peregrine (2000), who sold later the EDI assets (supply
chain enablement division) to Golden Gate Capital (2002) who named the
new company Inovis.
