The question is where is it being saved in the SAP Sales Order? Address information generally isn't passed to the ORDERS IDoc because it's associated with the customer master record in the address database.
What's the purpose for passing it and where is its ultimate home? Ask those questions and you can figure out what you need to do, even if it means writing some custom ABAP code to process the IDoc.
