I have few questions regarding GXS translator.
Can someone please clarify.
1. What is the source access model & target access model for
CVS Delimited data?
2. What is the source access model & target access model for
variable delimited data?
3. Can we generate source/target data model using SAP IDOC
file?
4. Suppose for EDI data model, for each segment it will have its
respective TAG then the translator first checks with the TAG and
then process that segment.
Then for temporary records/loops, as there are no TAGS, how
translator will process Such temporary records/loops?
5. The translator translates transaction wise.
Suppose for Inbound: Input file have 2 transactions.
Then first translator reads 1 st transaction data & writes to
target data model, then how translator come back to source model
& read 2nd transaction?
6. What are the general values set for fourth & fifth delimiters?
7. How to use XREF function?
