I used Softshare VAN for several years when I was an employee of a Softshare
software customer. I have had clients use Softshare VAN since I have been a
consultant.

We have experienced no connectivity problems, reliability problems, customer
support problems, etc with Softshare's VAN.

I am now a rep for their software - NOT their VAN - but I still find it a very
good service - and the price is excellent. Their offshore customer support is
provided by their European offices in Amsterdam by Softshare technicians, not
by some 3rd party outfit. During extended US business hours, customer support
is provided by their HQ staff in California. They have redundant backup
networks in US and Europe.

Thank you all for your input. We're still evaluating our next move.

We're looking into nuBridges and Softshare VAN.
Do you have any comments on Softshare VAN?

Vladimir,
I too believe nuBridges is a stable service provider but like GXS and Inovis,
they are a private company and it is difficult to gauge their viability in the
industry. EasyLink Services on the other hand offers a rock solid network and
superior customer service. EasyLink is also a public company and their
financials are open to everyone. If you would like to explore options with
EasyLink, give me a call or drop me an email.
Thanks,
Dino

Vladimir

Were currently with NuBridges previously with GXS and INOVIS, I have to
say now that we have been with NuBridges for 6 months we are very
pleased we have not experienced any of the problems we had with GXS or
Inovis!
