I am now a rep for their software - NOT their VAN - but I still find it a very good service - and the price is excellent. Their offshore customer support is provided by their European offices in Amsterdam by Softshare technicians, not by some 3rd party outfit. During extended US business hours, customer support is provided by their HQ staff in California. They have redundant backup networks in US and Europe. EasyLink Services on the other hand offers a rock solid network and superior customer service. EasyLink is also a public company and their financials are open to everyone.
