Why not have a website list all the contractors who is looking for business? And people like me who is looking for indenpendant contractors can search and contact those contractors base on their expreince, estimated price and ratings. The rating can be both ways. We can also post the projects on the website, so contractors can bit for the projects. I just wondering if this website already exists.
