I am trying to map 850 inbound map in Gentran - AI.
The condition is :
If N101 = " BT " OR "ST" THEN
h9-addr-typ-cd = N101
h9-addr-id-cd = N104
My input file contains 3 N1 segment
N1*BY*SPORTCHEK ~
N1*BT*SPTCHEK*92*SC~
N1*ST*DC3109*92*3109~
The problem is :
since the first N1 segment contains "BY" and since the condition is not
satisfied, the control comes out of the loop totally without executing next
coming N1 segments, hence H9 segment in output file is not populated.
If the input file is edited removing the first N1 segment.
ie : only with "BT" AND "ST" n1 segments.
N1*BT*SPTCHEK*92*SC~
N1*ST*DC3109*92*3109~
thn the H9 segment is populated with "BT " and "ST" values.
Please help me to fix this issue. If someone could explain me 'why the control
comes out of the loop when a condition is not satisfied' it would be a great
help for me.
