We have issues with this in our SAP Retail environment. In our SAP IS-Oil
environment it works fine.

A developer found the issue in Workflow. Unfortunately, he left the
company before the change was approved and all the documentation has been
lost.

He had to dig hard and he worked with SAP to figure it out. It came down
to Workflow configuration somewhere. We do not use Workflow here, but
there was still something that had to be set up for Trigger Immediately to
work.

Re: [EDI-L] Inbound EDI Orders' IDOCS - Immediate processing.

I'm definitely not an expert in this area, but I'm assuming you're talking
about we20, have you checked to see what process code you're actually
using on the inbound options tab? If it's still referring to this batch
process, that might be it.

Good Luck,
Leah

Subject: [EDI-L] Inbound EDI Orders' IDOCS - Immediate processing.

Hi All, we use scheduled jobs to release our EDI Orders from Status 64 to
53.

However, we are trying to release the inbound EDI Orders of certain new TP
to get released immediately in SAP.

In order to accomplish this, We have created the inbound parameter set up
for ORDERS of these customer numbers as ?Trigger Immediately?. So, our
expectation is that as soon as the IDoc goes into 64, it will be released
to status 53 (If there are no errors).
But it is not happening. These Orders are being retained in status 64 and
are getting processed along with the other Orders.

Please suggest how can we fix this.
Thanks in advance.

Have a good day!!
NB
