I was once a member of a beta test team for FoxPro, the xBase clone that was 
purchased by Microsoft.  Our communication board was on CompuServe and we had 
access to the developers for code defects, etc.   I remember one exchange that 
went like this:

[long rant about feature or another to a product manager]
"Thanks for listening to me bitch."

Reply from the product manager, a female:
"Thanks for not putting a comma in that sentence."
