FWIW, the "Wisconsin Dells Ducks" are nearly as iconic here in Wisconsin 
as,say, the Brewery Tours in Milwaukee or the World's Largest Penny in 
Woodruff.

Milwaukee also USED to have a genuine worldwide icon in the "bridge to 
nowhere" made famous in the movie "The Blues Brothers", but after about ten 
years of going nowhere, they eventually finished it - making it pretty much 
"a bridge."

But NOW..they are talking about tearing it down rather than doing the 
necessary repairs and maintenance. (Yuck! I often use that bridge when I go 
to Milwaukee!)
