Would anyone have a contact at Ingram Micro that would be willing to
answer a few questions?  We were given 1-800-616-4665 by our sales rep
but when we call that number they will not answer any questions without
us giving them an account number.  We have not setup an account with
them because we need to verify their EDI support before we bring them on
as a vender.  All we get from sales is "Unfortunately without an Ingram
account our EDI department cannot assist" I find it a bit nuts.
