Paul,

Acttually the ticket/trouble submission site for Inovis is
www.inovisworks.net.
But hopefully you already know this.

Yes, you can (and should) check with Inovis, but I was actually referring to
checking with your Internet service provider for your company.  I know when I
worked on a network engineer contract for a State in our Union, we had Sprint
providing internet services and had connectiivity issues about once a quarter.

Now before someone jumps my case or someone from Sprint says call me, that
contract ended many moons ago, before I ventured into the big pool of
EDI/eCommerce, etc....  LOL

AGL uses the Inovis VAN / InovisWorks / A GXS Company. We have had no
issues.

If you are having the issues, log a ticket https://customer.inovis.com
<https://customer.inovis.com/> for the communication side. (assuming
you have a profile already set up.)

Thanks,

Julie

I agree with Leah, the lack of response means no one else is having
trouble
with Inovis. Unless you get a non delivery message; assume your e-mail
got
delivered to everyone in the group. With the response time as short as
it
is, anyone who might help will be getting back to you within minutes.

Sincerely,

Paul,
The lack of response is your response. If others were having trouble,
they
would be quite eager to share.

Follow Ken's suggestions or contact Inovis/GXS directly and have them
assist
you
in trying to trace the connectivity issue you're having.

Leah

Subject: Re: [EDI-L] Try Again - Any Inovis Issues

Paul,

I posted yesterday that I was having no problems and I use Inovis. I had
one

issue today receiving a single document, but we were having internal DB
problems

and had shut down our EDI system during that time while our DB server
was
rebooted, so I can't blame that on Inovis.

Again, as I indicated yesterday, you may want to check with your
Internet
Service provider, which if you are continuing to have ongoing issues,
might
be a

more likely source, since no other members are having issues with Inovis
(and
there are several that belong to the group).

Thanks,

Ken Etter

Subject: [EDI-L] Try Again - Any Inovis Issues

Tried to post this yesterday with no luck, so I'll try again.

We've been having intermittent issues with our Inovis connection,
inbound
and
outbound, starting yesterday at around 10 Eastern. Anyone having
connectivity
problems?

Paul
