Position Description:
Basic Skills
Knowledge of data file formats including delimited, fixed length, and
standardized formats such as EDI X12 and XML schema.
Experience with business process integration software.
Programming experience.
Good customer service skills.
Aptitude and desire to learn about e-business.
Able to work beyond normal working hours for support coverage.
Preferred Skills
In-depth knowledge of standard business message formats including EDI
X12 and XML schema.
Experience using business process integration software including
Gentran Server and NexusE2E.
Experience with business messaging standards including ebMS and EDI.
Experience with standard message transport protocols including FTP and
HTTP.
Experience with Oracle database and PL/SQL programming.
Experience with web services.
Desire to grow into a technical leadership role.
