Title : Sr. Financial Systems Analyst-EDI & eCommerce Duration of Project: Contract to Hire Duration: 6 Months Location: Basking Ridge, NJ Looking for someone who would be able to Support the EDI/XML Gateway transactions and processes within the overall Celgene ERP applications Skills/Knowledge & Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Create and maintain customized mapping and provide technical support for all inbound / Outbound EDI transaction sets utilized within Procure to Pay (PTP) and Order to Cash (OTC) processes; specifically 850, 855, 856, 810, 812, 844, 849.
Document, configure and test all requested process enhancements, modifications, or custom programs relating to all inbound/outbound EDI/XML Gateway activities. Work with relevant IT teams to establish, test and maintain communication channels with 3rd party interface partners as it relates to EDI /XML Gateway. Implement/enhance monitoring and notification processes for EDI transmissions. Monitor daily EDI/XML gateway related activity with trading partners and resolve any errors or exceptions in a timely manner. Assume primary liaison role with 3rd party trading partners and translators relating to EDI/XML Gateway interface and data issues. Maintain and update Oracle e-Commerce configurations as needed (Data file structure, trading partner cross-references/profiles, Interface file definition, code conversions, document types, processing rules, etc.). Provide real time support and reporting for all PTP and OTC end-users impacted by daily EDI/XML Gateway transaction set activity. Assist with departmental special projects as required. Skills/Knowledge Required: Extensive knowledge and experience using ANSI-X12 EDI format (EDIFACT & JCA a plus). Prior experience using Oracle’s e-Commerce Gateway / XML Gateway. Prior experience with IBM Sterling Commerce a plus. Previous experience providing Oracle EBS technical support for EDI and/or XML Gateway processes associated with the A/P, A/R, and PO modules of an integrated financial application and a working knowledge of the PTP and OTC processes. Strong interpersonal , communication & Project Management skills.
