I've looked for the same within the last 6 months and cannot find anything 
inexpensive to do what you and I are looking for.  Mostly I've used Word to 
create the specifications.  If someone knows of something that fits the bill, 
I'd would like to know also.  EDISIM is another one, but they are rather 
expensive also if you are not creating specs day in and day out.
