I used to put the EDI specs into cardboard file folders and file them
alphabetically...
Now they are all electronic and online.

Anyone want a large file cabinet full of EDI specs?

EDI documents are automatically saved in an 'archive' folder.
I use 'Agent Ransack' to find something if necessary.
Once a year, I create a sub-folder (eg. 2010) and move the documents into it.

Your question is very vague....Earl Wertheimer
