If a particular trading partner's data is being used in your document, that data are the property of that trading partner, and for you to share it with anyone in any form would require their permission anyway. But it's YOUR data now, and you may do as you please with it, you say? Nope. Worst case, that data are the mutual property of you and your partner. The more likely situation is, the data remain the property of your partner and you have a license to use it for a specific business purpose You may as well ask permission to use their logo at the same time you ask permission to redistribute their data.
