Skills:
2-6 years software testing experience. Experienced in structured testing
methodology. Experienced in defect tracking tools and processes. Three years
experience in writing test strategies, test plans, coordination of testing
efforts, test summaries. Understands and experienced in structured software
development. Understands and experienced in EDI file HIPPA transaction testing
EDI HIPAA transactions (278, 834, 835, 837, 270/271, 276/277). Function,
regression and performance testing experience.
Preferred system/software experience in: Mercury Quality Center
Tools EDI File, HIPPA transaction Tester (5010) Test Plan Documents, Test
Cases,
Test Execution, and Test Validation for 5010 HIPAA Transactions overall with a
focus on 834, 270/271. SQL Queries, Unit Test Cases, Automation test cases
Implementation Plans: Production Support Handoff Ad Hoc Support Documents (ex.:
Test Flows) Automated regression scripts
Responsible for the effective development and implementation of programs to
ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum company
standards and end-user requirements. Administers change control process for
zero
defect software development. Ensures adequate product testing prior to
implementation. Administers problem management process including monitoring and
reporting on problem resolution. Makes recommendations to superiors regarding
the acquisition and/or implementation of software to increase information
systems efficiency.
