Call me crazy, Anne, but I think any "EDI Manager" would have exactly ZERO ability to get invoices PAID. Whom would you call if the invoice were sent on paper? Call him or her. That's not to say you won't hear the PAYABLES person say, "we never got that invoice" - not telling you he/she means "it never flowed from our EDI system to our A/P system because he or she was not aware of whatever problem exists somewhere between your '997' ( you DID get a 997, right?
