I've joined some of those groups too, but so far I'm seeing more generalized
discussion than anything concrete (if you care to, you can read this as blowing
hot air).  I'm sticking around here, I prefer to get answers that help when I
have an issue.

Oh, and, I'm watching you, stop that!

I have been in a few EDI Groups in LinkedIn for a while now. Recently
they seem to have become much more active, and additionally I am getting
a bunch of connection requests from people I have never heard of who
prove to be involved to some degree with EDI.

All pretty harmless, but I am plagued by the terrifying notion that
discussion may shift from EDI-L to a bunch of web forums which are much
less convenient, high bandwidth, mouse intensive and cluttered with
incidentals in which I have no interest whatsoever. I sincerely hope
this is just paranoia; I am a child of the 60's - I can handle paranoia.

Regards
Chris
