Thank you for your response. Yes, good point. Stand-alone as a link off a message board, there is not much credibility and it is asking for the users email address to verify. The future use of this is to be a generic RFP generator which is provided from a trusted source. Let me think how to open it up... but I still need an email address to send the results...I might be able to put it at the end as a input field "enter your email if you would like the results emailed to you".
