The rates are still outrageous.  I found a work-around that _may_ work for 
you...

The iTradeNetwork website has a function where you can export the POs into a 
flat TXT file.  I parse those and upload them to the ERP system.

Invoicing is still non-EDI (via web).

This client has a small volume, so this is ok for them...

This is the format (I added the 1st heading line).  You will get 1 line per 
item:
