Jason,

I have been mostly Sterling also - all the platforms, but I reviewed this
product when it was Softshare and found it interesting and cost effective. It
is now Liaison Technologies so not sure if the cost has changed or if the
product has changed significantly.

They do have a communications server also that integrates with this product.

Good luck!

I am starting a position whereby I will install and implement equipment and
EDI software for a company whose customers are demanding that they become
EDI compliant. I have used Sterling Commerce for years, but I would like to
learn about other tried and true alternatives so I can present them as well.
(If you would include their websites that would be helpful.) For AS2 and
SFTP, I have used BizLink and Cyclone in the past. What else might I
consider?

And if a van is required what would you recommend? I have used Sterling's.

The company anticipates putting some 50 customers on EDI, including
government agencies (such as schools), over the next 6 - 9 months and
eliminating as much manual order entry as is possible.
