Far more interesting for its possible affect on EDI is the Wikipedia (and other web sites') "go dark" day protesting the proposed SOPA(Stop OnlIne Piracy Act) legislation pending in the U.S. Congress. You'd have to wonder how some zealous (junior) official at the copyright office might look at something like Art's links page at http://www.spe-edi.com/links.html#Standard were that to pass in its present form; or if someone at DISA might not get all pissy about the companies who have created their IGs with - preforce - lots of chunks of the same text DISA uses and put them on their websites for the convenience of their trading partners..... Let me see if I can find some kind of link or reference to this legislation...well, at least today you can get a kind of summary here... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_Online_Piracy_Act Looks as though SOPA may have been derailed in its present form for a little while, but it's something to keep an eye on if you use the internet to find reference information when assisting your clients....
