This is a typical scenario that occurs from ASN unfriendly import / 
exports.

It depends on your eCommerce platforms' data transformation tool or 
mapping tool.  Some mapping tools could process the file directly.  
Others would not.

If you need to reformat, you can use a scripting language like, Perl, 
JavaScript, VB Script or others.

What translator / mapper are you using?
