Michael, Per usual, I'm with Leah :)
Since 1.4.2 was dropped BEFORE 97A (as in "1997") was issued, there's a chance this doesn't actually exist, depending on when the MTS version actually changed. Apparently copyright just happens when you create something, no filing or any other formal procedure is required. Morally, I'm on the "no" side, if you're not willing to sell/give/rent/tade/etc it to me and the CPSC hasn't recalled it, then I should be able to get it wherever I can and nuts to you, buddy. Happy Friday. Well, can I hold and defend a copyright under these conditions? Legally? What about morally? (Fridays *are* reserved for "deep thoughts", right?) Michael C. Mattias Tal Systems Inc.
