See if this helps:

When a receipt is requested, explicitly specifying that the receipt be
signed, but the recipient is unable to compute the digest (e.g., message was
encrypted and recipient unable to decrypt), then the recipient SHOULD NOT
return "Received-Content-MIC" in the MDN to the requestor. If the MDN sets
the disposition (e.g., "processed/error: decryption-failed") appropriately,
then the "Received-Content-MIC" may be returned but the value must be
discarded.

Subject: [EDI-L] ERROR processing incoming AS2 message..

Hello All,

We are receiving below error for inbound messages from one of trading
partner who uses the nubridges as AS2 software and we are using GXS Bizlink
3.2.2 as our AS2 software.

Error decoding message [<201202031351324115392C@EDINETAS2>]. The exception
is [iaik.smime.SMimeException: Unable to decrypt symmetric key due to
error[iaik.pkcs.PKCSException: javax.crypto.BadPaddingException: block
truncated]]

Did anyone has similar kind of issue, if so what was the solution, We were
able to send outbound messages without any issue and did received positive
MDN for the same:

Any leads in resolving this are appreciated. I have ticket open with Help
Desk and it seems they never saw this kind of error.

Thanks
