I'm not sure your structure is entirely correct. I did a quick check of X12 4010 810 and while N1 loop is partially correct, the REF, PER and DMG segments appear to be missing. You also only have the IT1 segment listed for the IT1 loop, but there are a lot of segments approximately 20 other segments and 7 other groups subordinate to this loop.
