A. EDI Resource: Scope: Currently trading the following documents: IAC (formerly C&A), locations in Albemarle, Old Fort, Troy, and Fremont – 856, 997. The same specs were used for each location. Tandus – 856, 997 – also utilized the specs from IAC Milliken – 850, 855, 856, 997 3M – 850, 855, 810, 997 Mohawk – 810 – this one is really manual – the paper invoice is taken to customer service, who enters data into a text file and forwards it to OB10 for translation and delivery to Mohawk. I am not currently positive that this one will be moved to EDI software. Interface – the only European customer – 850, 855. This customer is sending their POs via email. Frankly, I am not sure why or how this one works. Utilizing the GE VAN B. Seeberger Resource: Scope: 1. Upgrade Seeburger BIS 5 to Seeburger Bis 6 and implement Seeburger Move-to-Production Tool 2. Remediate existing EDI mappings (see listing above) in Seeburger Bis 6 a. Development i. Using the existing specifications ii. Establishment of the setup on the server, including testing the map with test data b. Test and Acceptance i. Testing with the trading partner ii. Complete scenario testing with sample data provided by the customer iii. Acceptance of the test results c. Production i. Install into the Production environment ii.
