Hi,
I think you can use any AS2 transaport protocol, I think that works on HTTP. 
Even you can use a Webservice (Web service +attachment SAAJ) which uses HTTP 
with SOAP for transport.
Any MFT tool such ass SEEFX( from seeburger ) can also help you.
